Maybe. It depends. It’s not likely unless you are a party to the lawsuit.

Let me explain. Under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the parties to a lawsuit settlement are legally bound to keep the details of the settlement confidential and not to disclose any information relating to the settlement to third parties. This means that, in most circumstances, the details of the settlement will not be publicly available.

However, in some cases, the terms of the NDA may not prevent the parties from making the settlement amount public. For example, the parties may agree that the amount of the settlement will be disclosed to the public or to a specific group of individuals. It is also possible that the settlement is part of a class action lawsuit, in which case the settlement amount may be made public as part of the court record.

In cases where the details of the settlement are not publicly available, it may be possible to obtain the information through other means. For example, the parties involved may be willing to provide the information to a third party, such as a journalist, if requested. Alternatively, the parties may have disclosed the settlement amount to individuals or entities related to the lawsuit, such as an insurance company or a government agency. If this is the case, these individuals or entities may be willing to provide the information to a third party.

It is also possible that the settlement amount was reported in a newspaper or other media outlet. In this case, a search of news archives may provide the necessary information.

TLDR: while it is not always possible to determine the amount of a settlement in cases where the parties have signed a non-disclosure agreement, there are certain avenues that may be explored in order to obtain the information.
